At first, I didn't know what irony was I had never even heard about it , but I learned that this was wrong. Actually, irony is use of words to convey a meaning that is the opposite of its literal meaning. There are three types of irony dramatic irony, situational irony, verbal irony. I also learned about ambiguity. I used to think ambiguity was something you never knew about, but I learned that ambiguity is doubtfulness or uncertainty of meaning or intention. On my irony and ambiguity pretest, I was below grade-level. On my posttest, I hope that I will be at least average grade-level.
